Intro to HoloBody - Workshop

Health can be a tricky business. If all the hard work were not in the story, you'd call it a lifestyle!

HoloBody is as it sounds - the whole body.  That's our physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual self. Looking for well-being is a journey inward. Our Inner Selves resolve resistance, habit shifts, and unconscious patterns.​  Small, intimate groups of seven people will provide a comfortable and safe space for your new journey forward.

I met Traceyann by chance as part of a coaching program a few years ago.
